This individual system is designed for automated vaccination of fish on various types of fish farms.

It can contain up to 50 liters of vaccine solution at a standard concentration (it can be increased to 150 liters using an additional kit).
The vaccination time can be set by the operator in the range from 33 to 85 seconds.
It is powered by a fish pump and can operate with variable water flows up to 15 m3/h.
It can be equipped with a vaccine solution oxygenation system.
It can be adapted to a 4 " fish pump.
It can also be used for an anaesthetic bath or other therapeutic procedures.
Low power consumption (0.55 kW).
An additional external clean water flow of about 1-1. 5 m3 / h is required to transport fish after vaccination.

Juvenile fish are automatically mildly dehydrated for a standard time before being fed into the vaccination bath.
The vaccination time (dive duration) can be set by the operator and easily changed at any time.
The standard volume of the vaccination tank is 50 liters and can be increased to 150 liters using an optional kit.
The number of cycles can be taken into account.

Easy to use

The vaccinator is equipped with wheels, which makes it easy to move it inside the hatchery.
With an optional set of legs, the working height of the vaccinator can be easily adapted to any height of the receiving tank wall up to 1.30 m.
Designed for direct connection to the fish pump.
It is managed by a single operator throughout the entire process, whereas traditionally, vaccination in hatcheries requires a team of 5-6 people to achieve the same vaccination rate.
